“The Product Introduce and Scientific Meeting Concerning The Project of Generalizing One Hundred Achievements During Ten Years issued by Ministry of Health of China----The Plan of the Patent Technology of “Physical Antimicrobial Film on Skin” Solving Local Infection and Hospital-acquired Infection” was held by Infection Control Association of Macao (ICAM) in September 8th, 2008. Chan Wai Sin, Director of Macao Conde S. Januario General Hospital, Deputy Director of Macao Health Bureau, and Chan Tai Yip, Director of Hospital Kiang Wu, together with 100 medical staff of the two hospitals attended the meeting. Chan Kong, President of ICAM, hosted the meeting.
The inventor of the Patent Technology of “Physical Antimicrobial Film on Skin”, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Cai Youliang, gave an academic lecture on the meeting with the subject “Nanometer Film: a revolutionary innovation on HAI Controlling Technology”.
