The agents (strategic partners) should have the consistent business concept with our company; have hospital, pharmacy and army channels; have specialized experiences and capacity to promote new medical products; have funds and human resources corresponding to the marketing of products in the agent area.
Our agency procedures: 1) Please carefully read the information provided by our company and seriously study all documents relating to the products 2) Make contact with the headquarter of our company and inquire about the issues relating to the product technology and market demands 3) Make an evaluation of the local market on whether it is necessary to establish a franchising company and how large the company is. 4) Determine that the investment in time and resources (money and man power) is necessary for the establishment of a system to promote product to the regional hospitals. 5) Make contact with the headquarter of our company to request for a sample of the summary of license agreement for reference. 6) Arrange to visit the headquarter of NMS Technologies Co., Ltd. for exchange activities, so as to get a complete picture of the sales promoting system of JUC and at the same time show its performance and commercial credit to our company and hold consultations about the commercial clause in the license agreement 7) Sign a commercial license agreement 8) Acquire the approval of the agreement and access of the product from the local government if necessary 9) Arrange for the senior managerial personnel of NMS Technologies Co., Ltd. to make investigation in the country or region where the licensee is located and begin to jointly work out a plan to select the first or several hospitals for promoting the sales of products and a plan for the training of the licensee's senior managerial personnel.
